It does not react with uninfected Hep-2, LLCMK2 and Vero cells.Adenoviruses are 80-110 nm diameter, non-enveloped icosahedral viruses that can cause respiratory illness, infantile gastroenteritis and other mild disorders such as conjunctivitis.
